    You can change your name on title at any time, you just have to pay the fees. BUT be careful, depending on your State, doing so might cost you a lot in the long run. Some states charge formation fees, annual fees and additional fees. In some states, like California, your fees are based on the entire price of the house, not just your capital gains. So talk to an accountant first! Good luck
